Samurai Princess

Samurai Princess takes place sometime, somewhere, in an alternate universe version of feudal Japan where people live together with highly developed mechanical dolls. However, excessively developed mechanical dolls start causing harm to the human society, leading to ghastly blood shed happening all over the place. Under the circumstances, Kyoraku, a mad scientist, creates a female ninja mechanical doll. Equipped with 11 types of built-in weapons, the ninja doll is infused with the souls of eleven of her fallen sisters and she uses their combined power to take down anyone who stands in the way. The ninja doll will not die even if she is slashed by a sword or shot by a gun; she is virtually indestructible on her quest to save humanity. (desc taken from youtube)

This may be the worst movie I’ve shown to date!  Asian gore exploitation & a porn star lead actress?  But how can I not??  Recommended for fans of the Troma films, so you know to expect lots of cheesy, low budget gore & violence, & some “mild sexuality”.  **Does contain a rape scene, so this could be a trigger for some people.**

My Market Place

3 Nov

My sales are up a good deal since the new Market Place opened.  Still not a big seller, but I’ve got some new things in the works & have been considering renting some small shop space inworld.  I have the yard sale table at the trailer park, but I thought it would be nice to have something else with a bit more traffic & some dedicated shoppers visiting.  The yard sale at the trailer park is more for a bit of theme fun than anything.  I’ve seen a few places, but nowhere I think my stuff would fit.  I’m still looking.  BTW, the yard sale is for all the tenants, but currently it is just my stuff (not counting a friend’s market boxes I let her park there when she closed her store).

So anyhoo, with the proposed pricing changes to the market place that seem to be on their way in a month or two, I don’t know that I’ll be able to keep all of my stuff on there, monthly listing fees & all.  I’ll probably end up raising my prices on the MP & cutting stuff that doesn’t sale.  Right now what I’m going to do is make a buy 2 get 1 free special.  So, if you buy two items at full price from my store, either the market place or from the trailer park yard sale, send me a note card with your name & dated transaction info, & the item, or equal or lesser value than the items you bought of course, you would like for free.  I’ll will send it to you, probably the same day since I am on pretty much every day at some point.

Here are the links for my MP store & the yard sale & keep checking back to see what changes.  I’ve got a house about ready to go & am working on some more feature rich versions of it.  I have made a few clothes, more than what is for sale atm, & have just gotten some new templates & textures to work on more.  Plus, I’ve started working with scultpies & more animations & scripts.  A lot of this hasn’t made it for sale yet, but it’s getting close.

A Few Of The Hunt Items

26 Oct

Thought I’d share a few of the items from the hunt.

TPT Halloween hunt t-shirt

Tacomodius modeling the new TPT t-shirt design for the trick or treat hunt. He is also wearing the hillbilly fangs I made for the hunt.

The Instant Mullet

The Instant Mullet! Made for the trick or treat hunt in several colors with catchy names like "stepchild red" & "roots black". Modeled here in "geezer white" with my own wig & a little raccoon buddy.

Mushroom Seating

Sculpted mushrooms with a menu of sits in it made for the hunt. I couldn't decide which I liked best, so I included both the patchwork texture & the blown glass. They are both super colorful & the blown glass has a little glow to it. They each have a touch toggled poofer at the base. The patchwork has a little butterfly sitting on the bottom that releases a gentle flurry of matching friends. Blown glass has a tiny matching mushroom at the base which emits delicate twinkles. They are both set to light poofing, but they are modifiable so you can adjust the setting to your tastes.

Cushion Chest

Cushion Chest. Another gift made especially for the hunt. An exotic wooden chest topped off by a couple of cushions & an afghan. This was inspired by these fabulous textures I picked up myself during another hunt. Clicking the chest will give one of the cushions which have four menu controlled sits in them. *It was brought to my attention three of the four sits are not cooperating. I am working on this. It's the same script used by the mushrooms & another chair I made for the hunt (a lovely Elvis inspired retro chair with a few fun surprises) & they share some of the animations, & they work just fine. Of course, these cushions worked just fine when I packed them for the hunt. ~heavy sigh~ There is no telling.*
